Data deletion

In short: Email info@7cloud.ai with the subject “7brain data deletion”. We confirm your request by email and delete your data within 30 days. You can also revoke 7brain’s access to your accounts yourself at any time.

1. Request deletion

Email info@7cloud.ai.
Subject: “7brain data deletion” (or “Datenlöschung 7brain”).
Include the name of your company or shop.
Ideally, write from the email address you use to log in to 7brain. Otherwise we will briefly check back with you, so that nobody can have someone else’s data deleted.
You can also have only the data from a single service deleted, for example only the data we received via Meta (Facebook, Instagram).

2. What is deleted

all data 7brain has received from your connected services (Shopify, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, TikTok, Pinterest, Slack);
the access credentials for your accounts stored in our vault;
your 7brain account and your staff’s accounts, the chats with Sevi, your approvals, tasks and reports, and everything 7brain has learned for your company.

We do not delete what we are required by law to retain, for example invoices. We block these records and delete them when the retention period ends. If you agreed to learning across companies, craft knowledge that has already been anonymised remains; it can no longer be attributed to you.

3. Deadlines

Confirmation: we confirm receipt of your request by email.
Deletion: within 30 days. We let you know once everything has been deleted.
Backups: our encrypted backups expire within 30 days and are then deleted automatically.

4. Revoke access yourself

You can revoke 7brain’s access to your accounts at any time directly with the service concerned. After that, 7brain reads no new data there. Data already stored is deleted when you request it as described above.

Shopify

In Shopify admin: Settings → Apps → open the app you created for 7brain → Uninstall app.

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ads)

On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → Remove next to 7Brain.

Google (Google Ads)

At myaccount.google.com: Security → Third-party apps with account access → select 7Brain → remove access.

Klaviyo

In Klaviyo, go to Settings → API keys and delete the key you created for 7brain.

Other services

For TikTok, Pinterest and Slack, remove the connection to 7brain in the app or integration settings of the service concerned.
